Scourby Audio - Glitches

Hello, just purchased the KJV audio bible read by Alexander Scourby. Began with the book of Romans and discovered two audio glitches in the first two chapters. Chapter 1 at 2:09 and Chapter 2 also at 2:09. I’ve noted this has been an ongoing complaint but Logos and Scourby media are not resolving. Why would not this be corrected?
