Homepage "Explore Section" Functionality

I am NOT in favor of the removal of the ability to edit the Explore section of the desktop software's Home page. I need a minimalist home page, and apparently the only way to get that functionality back is to spend money on a upgrade! It just seems like bloat, similar to what Windows 11 did with its news feed! Thanks for listening!

    Sorry, it's not available on my home screen.  It used to be, but a recent update took it out. Customer Service indicated an upgrade would be needed! I guess I don't have a recent enough upgrade purchase. Free upgrades don't count.
