Use powerpoint (not keynote) on Mac

Keynote doesn't always play nice with the slideshows we build in PowerPoint and then when pulled in to Proclaim they don't look so great anymore. Would it be possible to give an option to use PowerPoint (and not Keynote) when importing slideshows to Proclaim?
