The version edited by J. Ligon Duncan III (ISBN 1857920686) is the best. He has edited Matthew Henry's original text to make it more accessible to the modern reader. He has also added Henry's sermons on prayer, his advice on spending time each day in prayer, outlines for scriptural prayer, and advice on leading in public prayer.
