Trial has ended but we've purchased

We've purchased Proclaim, but the one I downloaded to work on from home says it's expired. How do I re-load the one we purchased

    That said, check (1) You're signed into Proclaim with the right account and (2) You have the correct presentation team selected. You can switch teams by clicking on your account name in the top right: https://support.faithlife.com/hc/en-us/articles/360007128052

    Proclaim licensing is per group, not per-user, so if you're in the wrong group, you won't have a license.
