Anchor Yale Bible Dictionary (AYBD) - Add Level 3 Headings to TOC

Please add the headings within each article to the TOC. Right now the TOC only allows for navigation at the article level, but many articles also include lengthy subsections that each have their own heading. It would be helpful if these L3 headings were accessible in the TOC, like the alphabet letter (L1) and article headings (L2).
