[BUG] confidence timer

twice this past sunday we added an item to the order of service. we did this while the speaker was presenting, the sync function caused the confidence timer to reset and start counting down from 15 minutes again even though we never adjusted anything related to what was currently on the screen. hoping this can be fixed in an update
