Integrate remote support with the Logos desktop app so you don't have to waste time downloading, installing and getting the numbers right for the support person to connect and have to hide things on your computer. Password protected of course.

We're going to use third-party software for remote access capabilities, and use our software developers' time to build Bible study software. Secondly, Tech Support often has to troubleshoot the installation of Logos, so it wouldn't work well if the remote access was built into Logos (and it's not yet installed).0
