Logos digital textbooks

One of my students instead of buying the book, Eugene Merrill, Everlasting Dominion, bought it on Logos. He claims it has no page numbering. Why is that? And how can there be an Index of Authors or of Subjects without page numbers?

    Everlasting Dominion is available as a Faithlife Ebook: https://ebooks.faithlife.com/product/39312/everlasting-dominion

    Ebooks are converted directly from publisher EPUB files, and may have less tagging than regular Logos Editions (compare https://www.logos.com/logos-editions), including a lack of page numbers (if the publisher's EPUB did not provide them).
