Increase size of selection pop-up

From a few updates ago, the text selection pop-up has been shrunk, so you can barely even see the top of a card! See attached screenshot (I'm on Android).

When the text selection pop-up is on screen, it's the centre of attention -- no need to try and make it tiny. That just forces extra touches for the user to even see what the cards are.

Have just realised that this is only an issue when scrolling mode is turned off (I normally have it turned on). So my comment about it changing "from a few updates ago" is wrong.

However, I would still definitely ask that selection pop-ups be made larger in page-flip mode. Thanks.

Default layout
What would be really helpful would be to be able to do this: 1. Set a layout 2 Assign settings to do BOTH. Open to the desktop AND to be able to enter a cit ie Acts 1:1 and only hit enter 3. The cit opens to the layout I assigned as my "default"
