Universal Preview in media browser

When in the media browser, currently video previews are only available for Procaim created media. If possible it would be nice to be able to preview other video items not created by Logos. or at least to be able to set the thumbnail of the item that was uploaded into the Group Upload section, since the first frame of the video is usually black, the only way to find most videos is by name, which is not displayed above every video unless clicked on.
