Open windows outside of the program on different monitor

The software should allow you to open windows outside of the program on different monitors. I work with two monitors and can't open windows on my second monitor, and it's annoying because sometimes I have many windows opened.

Right-click on any existing tab, or shortcut, or book in the Library, or item on the Tools menu and choose "Open in floating window".
