Library Ctrl/Cmd+L - Cursor not in 'Find Resources' bar.

In Windows, if I use Ctrl+L to open the library, the cursor is not initially in the 'Find Resources' bar, so I have to click there first before I can start typing the resource I am looking for, which spoils the point of having a keyboard shortcut.
If I use Ctrl+L to make active a currently opened Library window, then the cursor is put into the bar, which is lovely.
Could you make it this way also for the initial opening?
Thanks
