Books narrated

Hi, my wife has an Apple Phone and books have a function of being narrated, while the Android phone, a Samsung, doesn't. This is not for Audio books, but the wriiten. It would be beneficial to have this as an option on all device types, considering there are also those with disabilities and it would be good for those that would want to listen to the book during the day while doing other tasks.
