Edit Factbook headings for consistency

There are inconsistent headings e.g. using "epistle" for most entries but "letter" for Timothy (see attached image). These add to the complexity of the UI. Please review these from the left panel index for Factbook or tell us as users we must report them individually. Note this also occurs with inconsistent capitalization of prepositions - these don't affect usability but make the product look shoddy.
