Program Settings: Option to Download or Keep Training Videos in the Cloud

In the Logos settings, include an option to download (yes or no) Logos/Verbum training videos.

Currently, there are many training videos available that take up a lot of space on the computer, especially with the new subscriptions. It would be important for us to decide if we want only the books/resources automatically downloaded offline or if we also want the training videos.
