Author and Title of this book need some corrections

Title is: "The greatest english classic : a study of the King James version of the Bible and its influence on life and literature / by Cleland Boyd McAfee, D.D."
Author is: Mcafee, Cleland Boyd
1. The author's name should not be part of the title
2. The author's last name should be spelled with a capital A.
3. The capitalization of the title is wonky. I don't care about anything after the : but "The Greatest English Classic" should be in title case.
(Yes, I can fix the title issues #1 and #3 myself for my installation, but I can't fix #2, so I thought I'd report all three of them together.)
