Update the Concordance Guide (Bible reference)

Please add the Bible Outline label to this Guide.

    The 5 minute edit time frame ran out just as I hit enter -- and wiped out my edit.

    The Concordance Guide fails to show the Bible Outline Label as an option for a Bible reference. The Concordance Guide requires a Bible Reference as input. If would be very helpful if is not only showed labels that are attached directly to the text but also showed Labels that are related through a WHERE clause (usually by reference). For example: {Label Bible Outline WHERE Reference ~ }
