Reading Plans: View all next reading locations

When in portrait orientation on the phone/device:
The line item entries of reading plans which consist of either long titles or multiple reading locations end up off the screen. The only way to view these long plan entries is to rotate the phone to landscape orientation.
Ideal fix would be for reading plan entries to fully display the entry reading locations for all device orientations.
