Library: Exclude Categories in filter view

I'd like the mobile and desktop apps to have a way to select resources and/or categories to exclude while selecting categories in search filters. Ex.: "I'd like to see different versions of bibles, but I want to exclude Greek bibles", per say. Another options is to show biblical/religious works while excluding non-biblical works.
