Downloaded Media will not play

When I download the media for the Zondervan Academic titled: John, by Gary Burge I receive an error message that the content cannot be found and to please make sure I am online. If I delete the downloaded content the videos stream perfectly. It only happens on this title. No other Mobile Ed products work this way. This is however the only Zondervan Academic product I own.
