add counts to Biblical people guide

At a minimum it would be useful to have the Biblical People Guide section to provide a count of the number of times each individual is mentioned in the passage the guide is run on.
As a bonus it would be useful to have the count of the mentions of the individual in the entire Bible for identifying people who are primarily mentioned only in the passage under consideration.
