Journals are not opening

I have paid an annual fee for the last two years to have access to all of the journals. It was a waste of money. I put the word "cross" in and only 7 articles popped up. I've called about this and they say many of them need to be 'tagged' to work. It would have been nice if when purchasing this service for the last two years, the ad would have read, "You will have access to thousands of articles, but only 7 will open."
