New Feature: Improve Chromebook support

Generally when running the Android app windowed on a chromebook, it is impossible to drag slection markers to expand from a single selected word. only in full screen mode does selecting work properly. Unfortunately I could not find a bug reporting menu item in the Android App on my Chromebook either.
