Word list creation is broken in 9.5

App version: Logos Bible Software 9.5 SR-1

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new word list: Docs > New > Word List
2. Click Add Lemma text field > enter "ܐܰܠܳܗܳܐ" > hit Enter key
Result: I see two identical contextual menus, and they are blocking the Add Lemma text field. It's impossible to close them either by pressing the Esc key or by clicking the mouse elsewhere.
Expected result: "ܐܰܠܳܗܳܐ" is added as a new card lemma and I can return to the Add Lemma text field to create more cards.
Syriac lexicons I own:
1. Analytical Lexicon of the Syriac New Testament: Based on the SEDRA 3 Database of George Anton Kiraz
2. A Compendious Syriac Dictionary: Founded upon the Thesaurus Syriacus of R. Payne Smith
