Fix ToC of LLS:TTCLRKCMPNLTRGY

LLS:TTCLRKCMPNLTRGY concludes with a lengthy glossary section. Unfortunately, the ToC in the left sidebar treats "Further Reference Works" as the last entry in that alphabetical list (it's actually "Vonier, Anscar") rather than giving "Further Reference Works" its own separate entry under the "Part V" heading. Please fix.
