Improve Library layout and options

Default behavior i s a drop menu. There is very little distinction between the library box and the underlying content in dark mode. It needs a border at minimum so there is a clear separation between floating panels and background content.
If you implement my Tab suggestion from another idea, you can open the library in a dedicated full screen layout.
The library itself should probably include some additional links for quick access to similar or related functions, such as Collections, favorites, print library, wish list, hidden books, and external resources. (see attachment for possible consideration.
Some docs could also be listed here.
Book prioritization should also be handled here, but ideally within the library itself when sorted by type.
If clicking on favorites, that should probably open a sidebar panel in the same tab as the library so books can be dragged over or organized
Also consider an option to "Save filters" if a user has a complex set of filters to sort their library, they can save them to quickly get back to that display.
