Show sign feed during preservice

Currently the only ways to show the sign feed during preservice is to copy and paste all slides into the preservice loop section, or have a single preservice loop slide containing the sign feed URL, which is what we do.
Copying and pasting the sign feed slides makes for a cleaner presentation, plus other slides can be added as desired, however this process needs to be repeated for every single service otherwise the slides will not be up to date with the original sign feed.
That is why we display the sign feed by URL. The downside is that it always buffers for a few seconds whenever it starts, and sometimes lags or buffers while playing. In addition, it has to be the only slide in the preservice loop so that it can run continuously and allow the slide changes to come from the sign feed link. Adding any other slide to the preservice loop will keep restarting the sign feed as it switches back and forth between the url slide and whatever other slide is in the loop.
I can envision this being a choice under the Add Item menu. While this can currently be done by creating a slide group within the sign feed, it will not update automatically as the sign feed is updated. There should be a Sign Feed item that will play through the sign feed entirely before advancing to the next slide (if applicable) in the preservice section (or post service section for that matter).
