Show Anchor info with mouse-over of Note icon

When, say, I mouse-over the Notes icon on a Bible verse, if I have added text to the note, that text is displayed in a pop-up. If, however, the verse is simply added as an Anchor in a book or devotional, it would be helpful to have the mouse-over pop-up preview what the verse is anchored to.
