Link Language UI to Prioritize Books/Resources List

I teach mostly in English and sometimes in Spanish. I'd like to link the program language to a preferred list of resources. For instance, if I switch to Spanish, I want my Hebrew Bible to switch to La Biblia Hebrea Lexham (instead of LHB), and my prioritized lexicon to switch from HALOT to the Diccionario de Hebreo Biblico. Switch to German and get a different set of favorite Bible versions, and so on.
The solution would be to tie the Prioritize Books list to the currently selected General > Language setting in the Program Settings. Since changing the program Language setting requires a restart of the app, a simple switch of which Prioritize Books data list gets loaded seems like it would be an easy solution.
