Passage List with Text Comparison & Annotations

It would be great if you could combine the Text Comparison tool with a Passage List displaying multiple versions, and then to allow annotations for each text. For instance, in the attached image is a list of passages compared in an article on the ESV and complementarian translation of Scripture. It would be helpful to be able to have the ESV and RSV compared with each other in the display of lists, and then have the ability to make annotations for each comparison.
