Folder Archive Option

Regardless of data recovery issues, it should left to the consumer to make the decision about when, where, and for how long to store document files to a user's Logos cloud account. Most of the major cloud storage services allow the user to delete files permanently if they choose to do so. Microsoft OneDrive, Apple iCloud, Google Drive all make accommodations for deleting and archiving files. Normally, they will place deleted files in an archive folder for a certain amount of time, and then delete them permanently when this time period has elapsed. Even then they give you the opportunity to clean out the archived folder whenever you want to. In short, files you no longer want can be deleted whenever you want. And it seems to me that Logos should give the user this same opportunity. Otherwise, you may end up with numerous files that continue to clutter the folder that are useless to the user. For example, every file in my documents folder (82 in total) are useless to me. They were created when I was playing around with the software and learning its features. I do not want them archived for recovery. But my only option is to have them listed permanently as "deleted" with an option to "undelete" them. It would be nice to see a "delete permanently" option listed in the popup menu. This would be relatively simple to implement with a few changes to the website code.

It would also be nice to have an archive feature in the software that allows users to turn off the backup feature and/or move it to a folder on the user's personal computer.
