Web-based Installation Option

It would be great to be able to create / modify a resource group on one's web account that could be used to install the desired resources on a new laptop or desktop, without having to manually download them and without having to install everything (few, I would think, use all their resources). This install set (or sets) could be identified and then show up on the filter under a specific set, so the user could select and download them en masse, rather than picking through the filter over and over to find all that one wanted to install on his device.
