Issues altering multiple backgrounds in one selection

Currently if I import some slides as images, and select multiple of them, I can then select a new background and all of them are updated at once.

However, when I open the same presentation on a different machine, only the first slide in my selection has the new background colour.

For me this happens specifically when importing PowerPoint slides, and choosing a black background colour (our default is transparency)

This is problematic when preparing presentations ahead of a service.
