Concordance Guide setting - add translation

The Concordance Guide includes labels that a meaningful only in specific original languages: accent, cantillation, syllables ... Therefore, the use of the preferred Bible becomes ludicrous. Please add a setting for Bible translation to make the Concordance Guide useful for all Bible labels.
