Fix ToC of LLS:THEPSALMS

LLS:THEPSALMS is missing, after Psalm 150, an entry in the sidebar ToC for the heading "Psalm Tones", which appears in the main text, albeit somewhat deceptively at least as formatted in the resource. At present, one might well never notice that the psalm tones, which are key to the entire work, are actually included in this resource. Please fix.
