Course Quizzes should be functional on mobile devices instead of being limited to desktops or laptops. Those who operate 100% from mobile devices cannot enjoy the full features offered through Online Courses because the Quizzes will not function on mobile devices. The name, "Mobile" Education, is incongruous because it is not fully functional in a mobile setting.
