Fix terminology

https://ref.ly/logosres/fbecumencouncls currently uses "Roman Catholic Church" as the name of the Catholic Church. "Roman Catholic Church" should be corrected to "Catholic Church" throughout. The Catholic Church does not use this term to describe herself, and rejects it as such for a number of reasons that have been explained on the Forums before. It is extremely disrespectful not to attend to and use the name of the entity as it self-identifies. Faithlife would never knowingly do this with any other Christian group. Please fix this oversight ASAP.
