Search Enhancement: Customize number of lines of context in hits

Allow hits to include a customizable number of lines from the surrounding context (up to whatever copyright policies allow). So, if a Logos user wishes for 25 lines of context, all resources will include as many lines up to 25 as allowable by copyright. So owned resources would include all 25 while others may be limited to just a few.
