Improve Brian Chappel's sermon preparation workflow by supporting the 3rd edition of his book.

I have the 3rd edition of Brian Chappel's Christ-Centered Preaching. It would be great if the references in the sermon preparation workflow would open up the 3rd edition rather than opening up the "You don't have license to this resource" view of the 2nd edition.
