Help Center: Mobile app instructions

I have repeatedly searched for help regarding various features of the mobile app - specifically today, (1) how to specify a notebook for highlighted text and (2) how to change highlighted text to a different notebook -- every Internet article shows very clear instructions which do not match the MOBILE app on my Android phone. Published instructions appear to be for PC, not mobile. Images that ordinarily would be quite helpful cannot be replicated on my phone. What am I missing?
