Logos Losing Folder Content

I set up a folder for "Current Reading" to hold three or four resources that I'm reading. When I exit Logos and re-enter it, one or two of the resources are now listed on the taskbar and missing from my folders. I have to relist them to the "Current Reading. Next time I start Logos they may be there or back on the taskbar.
