Allow selecting notebook when highlighting or creating a note

When creating a note, have a drop-down menu to allow the user to select the notebook to use. I have several notebooks, and I would like to switch between them frequently. Logos 10 on Android added the ability to easily change the highlight color, and I'd like to be able to change the notebook just as easily.
