Add sub-concepts to Factbook Cultural Concepts

The chain upward is already present. The Factbook shows you how to work up the Cultural Concepts hierarchy but does not show the information to work down the hierarchy. This allows us only to get more generic not more specific. Please add the sub-concepts to the Factbook entry.
