Digital Bulletin Border Options

Allow the option to have the border of the digital bulletin (Date/Time, Weather, Logo, CR code,etc.) without the right side (calendar, text, etc.) This would allow the images to scale larger and still have the benefit of the border options.) We don't want to use the right side of the border, so it is a waste of space.
