add a note mishap

I add a lot of notes, mostly to my Bibles. When I right click on the word, the context menu will show me several notebook options to choose from to which I can add the note. Most of the time it will suggest public notebooks that I have downloaded to my computer. I couldn't add a note to them even if I wanted to. So most of the time, I sitll have to manually enter a notebook name instead of just selecting from the dropdown list. If you are going to offer a dropdown list, limit the selection to my personal notebooks and order them by the frequency of my using them. The dropdown selection seems totally random.
