Factbook: Add eBook Calendar devotionals to Factbook date page

The Factbook date page as done a good job of making itself useful - responsive to prioritization and hiding resources. One glaring omission - resource such as Bread of Life yearly calendar devotional. This and other calendar devotional eBooks lack a date index and therefore are not treated as calendar devotionals.
If would be very helpful if such resources had their own section in Factbook. It would allow the resources to appear in priority order but would simply open the book to the last position not trying to select a date.
