Provide a "View All" button to see all books in my Wish Lists

I like being able to categorize my books by topic in separate Wish Lists, but sometimes I want to see them all in a single list.
For instance, during a sale, I'd like to zip through my list to see if any of my selections are on sale. Currently I have to pull up each separate list and scroll through each one.
An alphabetic sorting would be fine for such a quick view of things.
