Color customization for non Bible Text

I would love to be able to change the color of things like verse numbers, section headings, and footnote subscripts when reading the Bible, chapter numbers etc. For example I would love to change the verse numbers and section headings to red when reading the Bible. Or to have blue paragraph headings, etc etc.
