Enable scrolling *within books* using mouse wheel

I use my Android tablet with a bluetooth keyboard and bluetooth mouse. The mouse wheel does not work to scroll within tiles when reading Bibles or other books. One has to hold-click and drag the mouse to scroll reading -- very inconvenient. (The mouse scroll wheel *does* work in the Logos app menu.) Please enable scrolling within tiles (i.e. within books) using the mouse wheel.
